Oral Maintenance Dosage (per 24 hrs):
Cats/Kittens/Puppies <4kg: 50ml/kg (up to 200ml)
Small Dogs (4–10kg): 44ml/kg (200–450ml)
Medium Dogs (10–25kg): 33ml/kg (450–825ml)
Large Dogs (25–45kg): 30ml/kg (825–1350ml)
XL Dogs (45–60kg): 26ml/kg (1350–1560ml)
Tube Feeding (Microenteral Nutrition):0.25–0.5ml/kg/hr (first 4 hrs), increasing by 50% every subsequent 4 hrs.
