Savavet FELINTRA (Itraconazole Oral Solution BP) – 60ml

Description

FELINTRA is a veterinary antifungal oral solution containing itraconazole, a broad-spectrum triazole antifungal agent indicated for the treatment of dermatophytosis caused by Microsporum canis in cats. Itraconazole acts by selectively binding to fungal cytochrome P-450 isoenzymes, inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, and disrupting fungal cell membrane function. This irreversible effect leads to the degeneration of fungal structures, making FELINTRA a reliable choice for targeted antifungal therapy.

The oral solution is yellow to slightly amber in colour, with a palatable flavour base to ensure better acceptance in cats. FELINTRA provides high tissue penetration and sustained antifungal activity, with proven efficacy through an alternating week dosage schedule.
